WHERE DO PEOPLE PARK?
We have a new parking lot next door to our venue. There is also a free City lot across the road and parking is permitted on both sides of the streets. We can also arrange a valet service if you prefer.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY TABLE DECOR?
Yes, we have a large range of decor items available for your use (at no additional cost)
DO YOU PROVIDE LIGHTING AND DRAPING
Yes! We have permanent draping with twinkle lighting in the Reception room and covered Patio. We also have string lighting across the ceremony area and lots of gorgeous landscape lighting.
WHAT IF WE WANT AN OUTDOOR CEREMONY, BUT THE WEATHER WON’T CO-OPERATE
The covered patio can be fully enclosed . We can also do the ceremony indoors if required.
CAN YOU DO A CEREMONY AND RECEPTION HERE?
Yes – we have an outdoor ceremony area and indoor reception area.
DO YOU PROVIDE A WEDDING CO-ORDINATOR
Yes! Our wedding co-ordinator will run your rehearsal and do your timeline with you for your wedding day to ensure all details are taken care of and to ensure your special day is as stress-free as possible.
DO YOU PROVIDE CATERING OR CAN WE CHOOSE OUR OWN?
We provide a choice of caterers or you can choose your own. We do not charge Vendor fees and there are no food and beverage minimums !
DO YOU HAVE MULTIPLE EVENTS AT THE SAME TIME?
No, you have exclusive use of the whole property.
CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES?
Yes, you may use vendors of your choice or we can recommend some to you. We have a prep kitchen on site – all food must be brought in fully cooked but can be heated/cooled in the prep kitchen.
ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING IN ALCOHOL?
Yes, but it has to be served by a TABC licensed bartender. No self-service or sale of alcohol is permitted.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOUR VENUE HOLD?
We can accommodate a maximum of 100 for a wedding and a max of 150 for a cocktail style reception.
IS THE VENUE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN’S PARTIES?
No, we don’t recommend the venue for children’s parties (under 13)
